HQC5027 SERIES IC: Miniature Crystal Oscillator Module IC

Description

HQC5027 series IC is for the miniature crystal module. HQC5027 significantly improves phase noise and jitter characteristics over the available parts in the market. The smaller die size enables crystal module manufacturers to introduce differentiated products in the cost competitive market. Pad locations are conveniently located in order to minimize a setup adjustment of crystal oscillator assembly manufacturing.
